Return Process

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact to qualify for a return.

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
